Project Drawdown – 100 solutions to the climate crisis
Time: 7:00-8:30 PM Location: via Zoom; link in April 6 edition of the Announcements or see the L2020 web page
We will spend an engaging time exploring the 100 most substantive solutions to reverse global warming, based on meticulous research by leading scientists and policymakers around the world. Learn about current solutions to the climate crisis from global to local. We will present this session by Zoom. We recommend you purchase a bottle of your favorite FinnRiver cider and join us remotely. Visit their web page calendar for the Zoom link. There will be opportunities to have small group discussions too!
Note new Time: 7:00-8:30 PM
We are continuing to hold monthly Climate on Tap sessions via Zoom while we are quarantined. They will be interactive too!
Each session is held on the first Monday of the month. Co-sponsored by Local 20/20 Climate Action and Jefferson County Public Health, this is not a lecture series, but a book club & discussion format. Each session includes information to get the conversation started, followed by group discussions that include what locals think and what locals plan to do.
