While Local 20/20 has historically operated on very little money, we are growing, the need is growing, and the size of the budget we work with certainly helps decide the kinds of projects we take on. Never fear, though, we are committed to remain an all-volunteer grassroots organization and your money will go a long way.
Local 20/20 is a 501(c)3 organization and your contribution is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. Our federal EIN is 27-1757904. We also happily accept contributions from donor advised funds (usually they just need that fed EIN). Note that Local 20/20 does not accept restricted donations without a written donor agreement signed prior to the donation.
Note that some employers now offer workplace donation programs that can match donations, or match volunteer hours with a donation. Check with your employer if that is of interest.
