Supplemental nutrition program for pregnant and breastfeeding women, and children up to 5th birthday.  Due to recent health and safety concerns, all WIC appointments are now by phone only.  Currently active WIC clients must call 360-385-9400 to have monthly WIC card benefits added by phone.   New eligible WIC clients are accepted by phone.

  • Issuing initial EBT cards for new food assistance applications, or emergency replacements
  • Providing gas cards (pre-arranged)
