Here are some great recipes to use some of Jefferson County’s wonderful local food. Snapped Up Recipes focus on whole plant foods (local and in-season as possible) which are easy to prepare and nutritious. The ingredients are commonly  available at the Food Bank or the Farmer’s Market when in season.
