The Olympic Peninsula is home to 2 of the 6 homecare worker cooperatives in Washington: Peninsula Homecare in Port Townsend and Ridgeline in Port Angeles. At this session, members will discuss their origins, growth, challenges, and future. You’ll get a chance to learn about what makes cooperative ownership different from privately owned companies, the leadership roles that members play, and plans for the future.
