Dream School is a small group gathering designed to help you deepen your relationship with your dreams and inner world. Rooted in Jungian-inspired dreamwork and intuitive reflection, this session offers a gentle, guided space to explore dream imagery, uncover personal meaning, and share in community. Whether you’re new to dreamwork or have been exploring your dreams for years, all are welcome. Bring a journal and a recent dream (if you have one). Cost: Sliding scale $10–$20. Questions? Learn about Jefferson County recycling program changes – Tue, Mar 24th
For those living in unincorporated Jefferson County, learn more about the changes coming to the recycling program. Beginning April 1st, the un-staffed recycling drop boxes will be removed. Want to know more? Visit the website or attend a presentation:

Farm to School Fundraiser – Thu, Mar 27th
Farm to School increases access and equity in the local food system, offering free and reduced-cost school lunches. It also keeps those procurement dollars circulating in the local food and farm economy, which is a win for food security and food system resilience!
The Community Wellness Project is raising funds to support school gardens and garden education, farm to cafeteria & local procurement, and career and technical education related to the food and farm economy. The funds will be shared among ALL districts in East Jefferson County. This is an open house-style event; drop in and grab some culinary student-prepared snacks and a cup of school garden-grown tea. Interpreting Bird Behavior – Sat, Mar 28th *New*

Crossing the Continental Divide: Braver Angels workshop – Sat, Mar 28th *New*
Braver Angels’ Mission is to inspire and equip Americans to practice courageous citizenship. “Crossing the Continental Divide” workshop provides an overview of Braver Angels and its principles. It includes: watching a Depolarizing workshop in action; hearing from Braver Angels members; and participating in exercises and discussions to learn how to start a conversation, not a fight. Soil Care Basics + Waterwise Routines: Natembea NW Class Series – Sat, Mar 28th
This will be the third class in the Natembea NW Class Series. With the guidance of Hailey Lampe from Cruising Climate, you’ll explore basic soil science, how healthy soil grows healthy plants, and soil’s connection to water-wise habits.

Dungeness Crab in the Salish Sea: The Power of Collaborative Research – Sun, Mar 29th
Many natural resources are managed without essential, biologically relevant data. Researcher Emily Buckner will explore how the Pacific Northwest Crab Research Group (PCRG) employs a collaborative, stakeholder-driven approach to generate the information needed to inform a data-poor, co-managed fishery, using the example of Dungeness crab (Metacarcinus magister) in the northeastern Pacific’s Salish Sea. Local 20/20 Weekly Announcements invites local photographers to submit images that capture the character of our community and its natural setting. For the opening photo of each weekly email (which is also posted to our website), we seek local color, horizontal (“landscape”) orientation, and jpeg format. Please no children, pets, or recognizable faces. Kindly email your photos, including your name in the jpeg filename. If you’re sending multiple images, please send one per email. We are an all-volunteer non-profit, so compensation for your talent and generosity is a photo credit and our profound thanks.
