This Week
Free Nutritious Gourmet Meals in Jefferson County – Sat, June 20th – July 4th Beginning June 20th, for 15 days, residents and guests of Jefferson County will be able to receive free, gourmet, plant-based meals for breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. Together Around Food is an innovative community program being pioneered in the State of Washington with the intention of spreading worldwide, and will run through July 4th. Its mission is simple yet transformative: to ensure that every person in a community has access to nutritious, gourmet, plant-based meals — three times a day, seven days a week — completely free of charge. United Earth Networks and Veg PT have joined together with Climate Healers, Loving Hut, and several collaborating organizations to bring this to Jefferson County.
